The Opportunity

We're looking for passionate and experienced Specialist Support Workers to join a brand-new service in Knowsley. You'll provide 24-hour care and support to one young adult female transitioning from hospital into her own fully refurbished bungalow. She has autism, sensory needs, and complex behaviours, and will receive 3:1 person-centred support to help her thrive in her new home and community.

The Role

Provide consistent, high-quality care and support on a 3:1 basis. Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and medication administration.
