The Opportunity We're looking for passionate and experienced

Specialist Support Workers

to join a brand-new service in

Knowsley . You'll provide 24-hour care and support to

one young adult female transitioning from hospital

into her own fully refurbished bungalow. She has

autism, sensory needs, and complex behaviours , and will receive

3:1 person-centred support

to help her thrive in her new home and community. If you're compassionate, skilled, and ready to make a genuine difference - we'd love to hear from you. ??

The Role Provide consistent, high-quality care and support on a

3:1 basis . Assist with daily living activities, including

personal care and medication administration . Work in line with

personalised care plans

to ensure safety, wellbeing, and independence. Encourage active participation in the home and community. Develop positive, trusting relationships focused on achieving meaningful outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation in line with organisational and legal standards. Adhere to all

health & safety ,

safeguarding , and

confidentiality

procedures. Work flexibly across

day and night shifts (12-hour)

on a fixed rota pattern. ??

About You Previous experience in

specialist or complex care

(desirable). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A positive, person-centred approach to supporting individuals with complex needs. Ability to promote independence, inclusion, and informed choice. Excellent record-keeping and written communication skills. Understanding of safeguarding, rights, and best practice in complex care. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

preferred. ??
