Responsibilities:
Financial management:
Financial statement: Create balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements to reflect the Company's financial health.
Budgeting and forecasting: They develop budgets and financial forecasts to guide the company's financial planning.
Compliance and reporting:
Tax compliance: Ensure that the company complies with tax laws and regulations, preparing necessary tax returns and filings.
Auditing: Conduct internal audits to verify the accuracy of financial records and ensure compliance with legal standards.
Financial analysis:
Analyse financial data: Evaluate financial data to assess profitability, risk and cash flow, providing insights for decision-making.
Identify trends: Analyse historical data to identify trends and make recommendations for improving financial performance.
Advisory role:
Financial advice: Offer strategic advice on financial matters, helping management make informed decisions regarding investments and expenditures.
Risk management: Assess financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the company's financial stability.
Operational support:
Managing payroll: Handle payroll, processing, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.
Maintaining financial records: Oversee the maintenance of accurate financial records, using accounting software to streamline processes.
Qualifications/Experience:
Qualified Accountant with a minimum of 10 years experience working within an Accountant role. xehkeey
Skills/Knowledge
Excellent written non-verbal and verbal communication skills including grammar and punctuation
Advanced level or higher in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Advanced knowledge of Excel Marcos and SQL queries
