Responsibilities: Financial management: Financial statement: Create balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements to reflect the Company's financial health. Budgeting and forecasting: They develop budgets and financial forecasts to guide the company's financial planning. Compliance and reporting: Tax compliance: Ensure that the company complies with tax laws and regulations, preparing necessary tax returns and filings. Auditing: Conduct internal audits to verify the accuracy of financial records and ensure compliance with legal standards. Financial analysis: Analyse financial data: Evaluate financial data to assess profitability, risk and cash flow, providing insights for decision-making. Identify trends: Analyse historical data to identify trends and make recommendations for improving financial performance. Advisory role: Financial advice: Offer strategic advice on financial matters, helping management make informed decisions regarding investments and expenditures. Risk management: Assess financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the company's financial stability. Operational support: Managing payroll: Handle payroll, processing, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time. Maintaining financial records: Oversee the maintenance of accurate financial records, using accounting software to streamline processes. Qualifications/Experience: Qualified Accountant with a minimum of 10 years experience working within an Accountant role. xehkeey Skills/Knowledge Excellent written non-verbal and verbal communication skills including grammar and punctuation Advanced level or higher in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Advanced knowledge of Excel Marcos and SQL queries Reliable and punctual Able to adapt to change Willing to learn Flexible Positive attitude Self-motivator Able to meet set deadlines Flexible approach to working hours Ability to promote a professional image for the company at all times Ability to travel to other locations where needed for training / support This role will be based at out of Head Office Monday - Friday.
