Thrive Group Bolton are seeking a proactive and organised individual to supervise our Commercial Waste Collection Service and operational team.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily waste collection operations, ensuring routes are completed and issues resolved promptly.

Supervise and support staff, including performance management, training, and team briefings.

Assist Team Leaders with daily service delivery.

Promote the service, develop customer accounts, and identify new business opportunities.

Monitor resources, budgets, and resolve payment-related queries.

Manage contracts, ensuring compliance with waste management regulations.

Handle customer enquiries, records, and support debt recovery processes.

Ensure health & safety standards are met at all times.

Track service performance, produce reports, and meet SLA and complaint resolution targets.

Ideal Candidate:

Strong leadership skills, operational experience, previous sales experience and a focus on customer service and continuous improvement.
Ability to demonstrate detailed working knowledge of the Sales and tendering processes for Waste Services in the commercial sector
Hold a full UK driving licence Working hours are Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:00 with some slight flexibility.

Required to start immediately after successful interview.

This role is on a temporary sickness cover basis, however has the potential to be long term/permanent. xbpsjku
