Thrive Group Bolton are seeking a proactive and organised individual to supervise our Commercial Waste Collection Service and operational team. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily waste collection operations, ensuring routes are completed and issues resolved promptly.

Supervise and support staff, including performance management, training, and team briefings.

Assist Team Leaders with daily service delivery.

Promote the service, develop customer accounts, and identify new business opportunities.

Monitor resources, budgets, and resolve payment-related queries.

Manage contracts, ensuring compliance with waste management regulations.

Handle customer enquiries, records, and support debt recovery processes.

Ensure health & safety standards are met at all times.
