JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
\nPQE: 3 – 6 Years

\nAn ambitious and well-established law firm in the South East is looking to recruit a Real Estate Solicitor to strengthen its award-winning Property team one of the most respected outside of London. Ideally suited to candidates with around 3–6 years’ PQE, this role offers exposure to high-calibre, varied commercial property work in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

\nYou’ll be joining a firm known for its excellent client service, first-rate legal work, and impressive roster of clients, ranging from developers and investors to major financial institutions and rural landowners.

\nWhat You’ll Be Working On:
\n
\nYou’ll enjoy a diverse and stimulating caseload, including:

\n\t
• Commercial lease work across office, industrial, and retail sectors
\n\t
• Residential development projects (large-scale, often high-value)
\n\t
• Acquisition and disposal of investment property
\n\t
• Property finance and secured lending transactions
\n\t
• Agricultural and estates work involving rural and landed property
\n\t
• Landlord and tenant matters for a range of commercial clients
\n

What We’re Looking For:

\n\t
• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
\n\t
• Ideally 3–6 years’ PQE in commercial property or real estate (flexibility on level)
\n\t
• A pragmatic, commercially-minded legal approach
\n\t
• Strong client communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships
\n\t
• Interest in business development and networking
\n\t
• Collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for learning and career progression
\n
