The Opportunity
A leading full-service commercial law firm in the Thames Valley is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor with 1–4 years’ PQE to join its expanding team in Reading.
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior-to-mid-level solicitor to develop their career within a highly regarded commercial property practice, working on a broad range of high-quality matters for an impressive client base.
The Role
You will be involved in a wide variety of commercial property transactions, including:
- \n
- Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
- Landlord and tenant matters, including lease renewals
- Portfolio management for landlords and occupiers
- Drafting and negotiating leases, contracts and supporting documentation
- Providing clear, commercially focused advice to clients
About You
- \n
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 1–4 years’ PQE in commercial property
- Experience handling acquisitions, disposals and landlord & tenant work
- Strong drafting skills and good technical knowledge
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach to client service
- Keen to grow within a supportive and ambitious team
