Commercial Property Lawyer - Bristol A Legal 500 and award-winning firm in central Bristol is looking for a skilled and driven Commercial Property Lawyer to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a forward-thinking firm, advising a diverse range of clients across Bristol and beyond. You'll handle a broad mix of commercial property matters and play a key role in expanding the firm's offering. The Role
Handling sales, purchases, leases, refinancing, and development deals Advising on landlord/tenant issues, lease renewals, and licensing Supporting corporate transactions with property input Managing support staff and maintaining financial control Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards Building relationships with clients and the local business community Attending networking events and driving business development
Candidate Requirements
Qualified solicitor or FCILEx with 5+ years’ experience in commercial property Strong people management and organisational skills Confident networker with local connections preferred Comfortable with legal tech and new systems
