Responsibilities include:Managing acquisitions, transfers in specie, leases, and disposals of pension scheme property assetsLeading transactions and supporting larger team-led mattersAdvising on HMRC pension scheme regulations and complianceSupporting client relationship management and business developmentContributing to internal training and departmental know-howReporting directly to Partners and managing your own caseloadCandidate RequirementsThis role is suited to a solicitor with:10+ years PQE in commercial property law, with pension scheme experienceStrong technical knowledge of pension property transactions and HMRC regulationsExcellent drafting and legal analysis skillsProven ability to manage transactions independently and collaborativelyStrong interpersonal and client relationship skillsA proactive, commercially aware mindsetAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesConfidence to work autonomously while contributing to a close-knit teamWorking ArrangementsThis role supports hybrid working.
