Role Summary You will act as the central link across freight and logistics operations, finance, HR, and systems to ensure the freight business runs efficiently, compliantly, and profitably. You will manage key processes, support staff, oversee systems, and provide insights to help decisions.

Key Duties * Help resolve day-to-day operational issues * Operations & Customer Onboarding * Oversee billing, debt control, claims, and pricing * Ensure compliance (PODs, insurance, terms, audits) * Manage and improve freight systems and processes * Support HR activities and manage parts of the team * Provide reporting and analysis to support decisions

Skills & Experience * Experience in freight/logistics (essential) * Knowledge of billing, claims, and commercial processes * Familiar with freight systems (e.g., MultiFreight) * HR or people management experience * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Good communication and teamwork * Good analytical, communication, and organisational skills * Organised with attention to detail
