We’re growing our Aviation team at Stansted and looking for a sharp, experienced Commercial Manager to lead the commercial delivery of high-profile aviation infrastructure projects.

Your Role Will Include:

* Leading commercial strategy across aviation infrastructure projects

* Managing budgets, cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting

* Overseeing procurement and subcontractor performance

* Navigating NEC and bespoke contract frameworks

* Building strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders

We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience in aviation or airport infrastructure projects

* Strong commercial and contractual expertise

* Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills

* A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with leadership capability
