Hybrid (London, UK)
£50,000–£55,000 Base + Commission (£25,000–£30,000 OTE)

A globally operating business within the media and events space is looking for a Commercial Manager to drive revenue across partnerships, sponsorships, and commercial products.
This is a hands-on, target-driven role where you’ll be responsible for building pipeline, engaging senior stakeholders, and closing high-value deals. If you're commercially minded, confident in outreach, and motivated by hitting ambitious revenue targets — this could be your next step.
What You’ll Be Doing
✔️ Identifying and engaging potential clients across relevant sectors
✔️ Conducting outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn
✔️ Booking and leading meetings with senior decision-makers
✔️ Selling a range of commercial solutions including partnerships and campaigns
✔️ Running discovery conversations to understand client needs and objectives
✔️ Preparing tailored proposals and sales materials
✔️ Managing and updating CRM systems with pipeline activity
✔️ Building long-term client relationships and driving repeat business
✔️ Collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful delivery
✔️ Supporting on-site client engagement at events when required
What You’ll Bring ✅
✨ 3–5 years’ experience in B2B sales or business development
✨ Background in financial services, ideally private equity or related sectors
✨ Proven ability to work towards and achieve £500k+ revenue targets
✨ Strong communication skills and confidence with senior stakeholders
✨ Experience with outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
✨ Highly organised with strong attention to detail
✨ Proactive, resilient, and target-driven mindset
✨ Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools
Success in This Role
Success will be measured by revenue generated, meetings secured, pipeline growth, and your ability to consistently convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.
