Commercial Manager Central London (Hybrid) | Extensive International Travel

We partner with globally recognised brand owners and an established customer network spanning Europe, the Americas, Africa, and Asia-Pacific. We're technology-forward, data-driven, and challenging the traditional model of international drinks trading.

We're hiring a Commercial Manager to own key supplier and customer relationships worldwide and help shape where this business goes next.

The Role

Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll take full commercial ownership of global supplier and customer relationships across our international markets. This is a senior, high-autonomy role — flat structure, no corporate layers, real strategic influence. Based in Central London on a hybrid basis with extensive international travel built in.

You'll develop and execute commercial strategies across multiple territories, negotiate trading agreements with brand owners and distribution partners, identify new market opportunities, and use data, AI tools, and market intelligence to drive pricing, margin, and promotional strategy.

You'll represent Drinks21 at major international trade events and work directly with the CEO to shape commercial direction.

About You

Minimum five years' experience in a commercial, trading, or senior sales role within drinks, beverages, or FMCG. Strong track record managing international relationships across multiple markets. Proven ability to close complex, multi-territory deals. Analytical, tech-savvy, and comfortable leveraging data and digital tools to drive outcomes. Fluent in English; a second language is a strong advantage. Energised by international travel and entrepreneurial environments.
