Must haves
- Understanding of commercial insurance policies such as Commercial Vehicle, Fleet, Employers Liability, Public Liability, Goods In Transit and Commercial Combined
- Previous experience working within an insurance broking or similar role
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Friendly and professional approach with clients
- Ability to respond to client requirements with patience and flexibility
What will you be doing?
Negotiating renewal and new business insurance terms with insurersCommunicating with both clients and underwriters to secure appropriate coverDeveloping and maintaining strong professional relationshipsAdvising clients on their commercial insurance needsDelivering a professional and responsive service throughout the insurance process
