Must haves Understanding of commercial insurance policies such as Commercial Vehicle, Fleet, Employers Liability, Public Liability, Goods In Transit and Commercial Combined Previous experience working within an insurance broking or similar role Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent attention to detail Friendly and professional approach with clients Ability to respond to client requirements with patience and flexibility
