Commercial Gas Engineer\n\n£41,500 + Door to Door (1 in 4 call out)\n\nBirmingham\n\nWinner Recruitment are currently working with an outstanding family run service provider who are looking to grow their Mechanical team. They are looking for commercial gas engineers to perform a mixture of planned and reactive maintenance across commercial & retail sites throughout the UK.\n\nRoles & Responsibilities:\n\n * As a Commercial gas engineer, you will perform a mixture of PPM & Reactive maintenance across commercial gas appliances such as commercial boilers, pipework, valves, & ventilation.\n\n * You will also be responsible for performing mixture of maintenance across plumbing such as replacing taps & repairing leaks\n\n * You will conduct regular inspections to ensure the safe operation of gas systems\n\n * As a Commercial gas engineer, you will diagnose faults in gas appliances and carry out necessary repairs.\n\n * You will assemble components as needed for various projects.\n\n * As a commercial gas engineer, you will need to understand, complete all work-related documentation accurately on time and to exceed the customers’ expectations\n\n * You will collaborate with other tradespeople to complete installations efficiently.\n\n * You will maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.\n\n * Always adhere to health and safety regulations.\n\nCandidate:\n\n * As a commercial gas engineer you will need the relevant qualifications e.g. COCN1, MET1, CCN1, CEN1, CKR1, HTR1, CDGA1, CIGA1, CODNCO1, CORT1, UVHW.\n\n * It would be beneficial if you held commercial catering tickets\n\n * Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely.\n\n * Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and fault find issues effectively.\n\n * A good general experience in working in occupied premises.\n\n * Clear communicator both oral and written.\n\n * A customer focused approach.\n\nBenefits:\n\n * Door to Door paid at 1.5x befor 7am & after 6pm
