What Youll Do Take ownership of the commercial strategy, budget, programme, and risk across multiple projects Negotiate, draft, and execute solid commercial contracts both large-scale and SME, ensuring risk is managed and value is maximised Lead business planning and develop new service-based offerings that deliver speed, reliability, and knowledge to clients Oversee operational delivery, integrating third-party contractors and ensuring cohesive, margin-safe packages Maintain financial discipline and cost transparency, challenging assumptions and driving accountability at every stage Make decisive go/no-go calls at key project milestones, ensuring projects are commercially viable and aligned with client objectives Engage with stakeholders at all levels, from boardroom to site, building strong relationships and driving collaboration
