Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth service
Manage rotas and control labour costs tightly
Maintain high standards in coffee, food, and hospitality
Lead, motivate, and develop a stable team
Build relationships with local customers and community
Drive consistent sales performance towards £250K
What Were Looking For 5+ years in hospitality management
Experience in cafés or community-led venues
Strong organisational and financial awareness
A natural people person with strong customer engagement skills
