We're seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join a brilliant precision engineering team in Dudley. If you have strong programming skills on milling and lathe machines using Fanuc and Siemens controls, this is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, growing company on a day shift.

Key Responsibilities

" Program, set, and optimise CNC milling and turning machine
" Produce and modify programs using Fanuc and Siemens controls
" Read and interpret complex engineering drawings
" Work closely with machinists and production teams to maintain efficient workflow
" Troubleshoot issues, improve processes, and ensure high-quality output
" Maintain safety, accuracy, and documentation standards

What We're Looking For

" Proven CNC programming experience in milling and lathes
" Strong working knowledge of Fanuc and Siemens controls
" Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
" Ability to work independently on a day shift
