The Role: As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines, working across a range of complex and high-precision components. Key responsibilities include: * Programming 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC milling machines * Working predominantly with HAAS controls * Setting and operating machines to produce precision components * Producing high-quality parts to tight tolerances * Reading and interpreting engineering drawings * Carrying out tool changes, offsets, and first-off inspections * Ensuring consistent quality and adherence to production standards * Contributing to continuous improvement within the machining process
The Ideal Candidate: * Proven experience as a CNC Programmer (milling background essential) * Strong online programming experience (offline training can be provided) * Experience working with complex, high-precision components * Background in motorsport, xehkeey aerospace, or Formula 1-type components would be advantageous * Ability to work independently and take ownership of parts from start to finish * Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
