The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards of quality, accuracy and compliance within a busy manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram and operate Homag CNC machines using WoodWOP 9 softwareInterpret technical drawings and production dataSet up tooling, calibrate machinery and monitor production runsWork collaboratively with design and production teams to optimise outputCarry out routine maintenance and basic fault-findingEnsure all products meet required quality and safety standardsMaintain a safe, clean and organised working environmentRequirementsProven experience as a CNC Operator / Programmer within woodworking or joinery manufacturingStrong working knowledge of WoodWOP 9 and Homag CNC machineryAbility to read and interpret technical drawingsGood understanding of wood machining processes and toolingExperience within doorsets or bespoke joinery manufacturing (advantageous)Experience operating beamsaw and edgebander machineryStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsPositive, team-focused attitudeInterested?
