Position: CNC Press Brake Operator Location: Deeside Hours: Monday - Friday mornings and afternoons Salary: NEG DOE + 15% shift allowance We are currently recruiting for skilled CNC press brake operators to join a growing manufacturing team at an expanding site in Deeside. This is an excellent opportunity to work with modern machinery, including CNC Press Brakes, within a supportive team environment offering long-term stability and development. The Role As a CNC press brake operator, you will play a key role in the production process, operating advanced machinery and ensuring high-quality standards are maintained. Key Responsibilities: Operate CNC Press Brake machines Support spot welding and clinch nut insertion processes Monitor and run laser-cutting and robotic-bending cells Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately Maintain quality standards and attention to detail Work collaboratively to improve productivity and efficiency Follow all health & safety procedures Requirements Minimum 2 years' experience as a CNC Press Brake Operator Experience within a manufacturing environment Ability to read and work from engineering xehkeey drawings Experience with measuring equipment Lean manufacturing knowledge (advantageous) Experience with laser machines, spot welding, or robotic cells (desirable) This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing manufacturing business where you will be part of a small, skilled team and contribute to the evolution of the production facility.
