Position: CNC Press Brake Operator

Location: Deeside

Hours: Monday - Friday mornings and afternoons

Salary: NEG DOE + 15% shift allowance

We are currently recruiting for skilled CNC press brake operators to join a growing manufacturing team at an expanding site in Deeside. This is an excellent opportunity to work with modern machinery, including CNC Press Brakes, within a supportive team environment offering long-term stability and development.

The Role

As a CNC press brake operator, you will play a key role in the production process, operating advanced machinery and ensuring high-quality standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate CNC Press Brake machines
Support spot welding and clinch nut insertion processes
Monitor and run laser-cutting and robotic-bending cells
Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately
Maintain quality standards and attention to detail
Work collaboratively to improve productivity and efficiency
Follow all health & safety proceduresRequirements

Minimum 2 years' experience as a CNC Press Brake Operator
Experience within a manufacturing environment
Ability to read and work from engineering drawings
Experience with measuring equipment
Lean manufacturing knowledge (advantageous)
Experience with laser machines, spot welding, or robotic cells (desirable)
