Youll be responsible for ensuring the best clinical care for residents while promoting their continued wellbeing.Youll lead the clinical team, working with Nurses to drive forward the clinical excellence in the home, engaging with external agencies as and when required to ensure the best possible care for our residents. Youll be responsible for the clinical governance, undertaking audits supported by Clinical and Quality Managers. Ideally, youll be a Clinical Lead, Nurse Qualified Deputy Manager or Clinical Head of Care, with care home, frailty/dementia experience.Youll be a team player, with attention to detail and a sense of fun.
