Introduction Were looking for an experienced Clinical Lead to lead the clinical management at Bourne View in Poole, BH12 5BN. Our residents live with moderate to high frailty needs. Youll be responsible for ensuring the best clinical care for residents while promoting their continued wellbeing. Youll lead the clinical team, working with Nurses to drive forward the clinical excellence in the home, engaging with external agencies as and when required to ensure the best possible care for our residents. Youll be responsible for the clinical governance, undertaking audits supported by Clinical and Quality Managers.
