What you’ll be doing:

* Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

* Support and develop staff through effective recruitment, training, and mentoring.

* Lead on projects and improvements, driving the growth of the business.

* Maintain CQC compliance and develop pathways and policies to keep the clinic at the forefront of patient care.

What we’re looking for:

* Prior healthcare management experience or similar responsibilities.

* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a small team.

* Passion for providing high-quality patient care and the ability to instil a positive culture.

* Previous ophthalmic or clinical background is desirable but not essential.
