Assistant Manager


Our client is a medical and aesthetics clinic focused on delivering an exceptional, refined experience to a loyal and growing international client base. Their medical and operations teams work closely together to deliver an unparalleled standard of care, service, and professionalism. They are now seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to play a pivotal role in the day-to-day running ofthe clinic, ensuring operational excellence and a seamless end-to-end client journey.


The Role

The Assistant Manager plays a central role in the smooth operation of the clinic, combining operational coordination with high-touch, client-facing responsibilities. This role also provides day-to-day line management support to the Operations Team, including front of house, patient co-ordinators, nurses, and doctors. Working closely with the Operations Lead, the Assistant Manager ensures that clinic operations, service delivery, and client experience consistently meet the highest standards expected within a premium medical environment.


Key Responsibilities

Operations

  • Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth client flow and appointment management
  • Support operational processes, regulatory compliance, and quality standards
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures and maintain exceptional clinic presentation
  • Monitor stock levels and support inventory control
  • Support rotas, onboarding, scheduling, and operational training
  • Assist with daily administration, payments, and end-of-day checks
  • Provide hands-on support to the clinic team during peak periods

Team Support

  • Provide day-to-day oversight and support to operational and clinical staff
  • Support performance standards, conduct, and service delivery
  • Assist with training coordination, rotas, and absence management
  • Act as the first point of contact for minor operational or team queries

Client Experience

  • Deliver a personalised, premium client experience from arrival to departure
  • Manage reception, check-in/out, and client communications
  • Prepare and serve refreshments to brand standards
  • Coordinate follow-up appointments and invoicing
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the overall client journey

Aesthetic & Make-Up Support

  • Apply natural post-treatment make-up using medical-grade products
  • Maintain hygiene, stock, and equipment standards

Compliance & Standards

  • Work in line with CQC regulations and internal clinic protocols
  • Support audits, compliance checks, and continuous improvement
  • Maintain impeccable personal presentation and professional communication

General

  • Provide flexible support across clinic functions as required
  • Assist with additional operational and administrative tasks



Requirements

  • Experience within aesthetics, beauty, private healthcare, or a luxury client-service environment
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume clinic
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional manner
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to multitask, stay composed under pressure, and consistently deliver an elevated client experience
