About the Role

As a Client Services Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of pharma and life sciences clients. You’ll ensure seamless delivery of our services, anticipate client needs and collaborate closely with internal teams to drive operational excellence. This is a role for someone who loves structure, communication and making complex programmes run smoothly.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the trusted partner for assigned clients, ensuring exceptional service and proactive communication.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables and expectations across cross‑functional teams.
  • Translate client needs into actionable plans for operations, data and scientific teams.
  • Monitor project performance, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Support commercial growth through identifying new opportunities, renewals and strategic account planning.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations, status updates and performance reports.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, SOPs and quality frameworks.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the client services function.

 

What You Bring

  • At least 2-4 years’ experience in pharmaceutical services agencies including Medical Communications, Clinical Research Organisations, Real-World Evidence and Patient Engagement companies.
  • Strong client‑facing communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with precision and calm.
  • A structured, analytical mindset.
  • Comfort working cross‑functionally with scientific, operational and commercial teams.
  • Although not essential, a scientific background to degree level is desirable.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • A proactive, solutions‑oriented approach.
