The ideal candidate will ensure customer success by understanding their unique needs, driving the successful implementation and adoption of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all project-related matters. Proactively engage with clients to understand their business strategies, payment challenges, and evolving requirements. Manage client expectations effectively, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
