Our client is a fast-growing Claims Management Company specialising in mis-sold car finance claims

With demand rising, they’re expanding their operations team and hiring a Claims Handler to help keep claims moving, chase information, and ensure lenders respond on time.

What You’ll Be Doing -

Client & Lender Communication

• Handling inbound calls and making outbound chaser calls
• Liaising with clients and lenders to progress claims
• Explaining clearly what’s needed and building rapport to drive responses

Workflow & Email Management

• Managing high volumes of emails and prioritising tasks
• Working within automated systems while following up where needed

Case Management

• Updating CRM, case notes, and claim status accurately
• Moving claims through stages and flagging issues when needed

Documents & Compliance

• Requesting and handling key documents (ID, agreements etc.)
• Keeping files organised, accurate, and compliant

Team Support

• Working collaboratively and supporting team targets
• Suggesting improvements to processes where possible

What We’re Looking For

• Confident, professional phone manner
• Strong admin skills with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable handling high volumes of work
• Able to follow structured processes and workflows
• Experience using CRM systems (preferred)
• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build rapport
• Ideally, experience working in a regulated environment (preferably FCA)
• Previous experience handling claims is advantageous
