We re looking for a high-energy, hands-on leader to take the reins at The Catch @ Cobbles.
This isnt your average chip shop.
From perfectly cooked traditional favourites to our fast-growing street food menu, were building something bold, exciting and constantly evolving and we need someone who genuinely cares about quality, standards and people to help drive it forward.
As we head into our busiest season, this role is all about:
Leading from the front during high-volume service
Maintaining exceptional food quality and consistency
Driving standards, prep and organisation
Motivating, training and developing the team
Bringing energy, pride and accountability to every shift
The Catch is a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, but also one of the most exciting and growing parts of the Cobbles brand with huge potential for the right person to make their mark.
Were looking for someone who:
Has proven management experience (essential)
Thrives under pressure and loves a busy service
Takes real pride in what they serve
Can lead, inspire and hold a team to high standards
Wants to grow with a brand that s going places

Hours 35-60 hours depending on season.
£15 per hour with regular reviews. References required
