As we head into our busiest season, this role is all about: Leading from the front during high-volume service Maintaining exceptional food quality and consistency Driving standards, prep and organisation Motivating, training and developing the team Bringing energy, pride and accountability to every shift The Catch is a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, but also one of the most exciting and growing parts of the Cobbles brand
