Overview

Opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a children’s residential home, overseeing day-to-day operations and delivering high-quality, child-centred care.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the home and staff team
• Safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory standards
• Oversee care planning, risk management, and placements
• Work in partnership with external agencies and stakeholders
• Manage staffing, training, rotas, and budgets
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment

Requirements

• 2+ years’ management experience in children’s residential care
• Experience supervising staff in a care setting
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding and regulatory frameworks
• Level 5 Diploma (or equivalent) or willingness to achieve
