Registered Children’s Home Manager Nuneaton Full-Time £60,000 + £7,000 Bonus
We’re recruiting for a Registered Manager (or strong Deputy ready to step up) to lead a well-established 6-bed children’s home within a therapeutic community setting.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable, well-run service with: ✔ 6 settled placements ✔ A full, experienced staff team ✔ A strong Deputy already in place
Supporting young people with EBD (low-level behaviours), this role offers the chance to lead a home where consistency, structure and quality care are already embedded.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ ✔ Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations (essential) ✔ Confident leadership and team development skills ✔ Passion for improving outcomes for young people

Lead the home, maintain high standards of care and compliance, support your team, and continue building a positive, therapeutic environment for young people.
