Children's Home Registered Manager Company : Area Camden Location : London Contract Type : Full-time Salary : Base salary £52,000 with the potential to earn up to £58,600 through bonuses plus £3000 car allowance/company car Specific Hours : 40 hours per week Area Camden are a Good Ofsted regulated business and we are now looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, dedicated, professional Registered Manager for our 3 bed children's home in London . We are seeking someone with a minimum of 2-3 years' management experience and experience of working with young people aged 11-17 who exhibit challenging behaviour. As a company we put our young people first and believe in providing a positive environment where they can grow to their full potential and so the right person would share our values and ethos. We work closely with other appropriate agencies and professionals and the quality and professionalism of our staff is therefore of paramount importance.
