Job Role: Childrens Home Registered Manager Location: London (NW1 Existing Home Reopening) Salary: £52,000 basic, with potential earnings up to £58,600 including bonuses Contract: Permanent, full-time Hours: 40 hours per week (flexible rota including evenings, weekends and occasional nights) Role Overview We are recruiting an experienced and resilient Childrens Home Registered Manager to lead a 3-bed EBD childrens home in London, supporting young people aged 1117. This is an excellent opportunity for either an established Registered Manager or a strong Deputy Manager ready for progression , with a proven leadership track record within childrens residential services. As Childrens Home Registered Manager , you will hold full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the home, including care quality, safeguarding, compliance and staff leadership. You will lead from the front, embedding a strong, child-centred culture while ensuring the service consistently meets regulatory standards and delivers positive outcomes for young people.
