Salary: £42,500 £47,500 per annum (plus bonuses) Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent Hours: Full-time with on-call responsibilities About the Role We are recruiting for a Childrens Home Registered Manager to lead and inspire a residential team delivering therapeutic, child-centred care. This role will see you take full responsibility for managing the home, leading staff, and ensuring young people receive safe, nurturing, and high-quality support. You will play a key role in maintaining strong standards, achieving positive outcomes for children, and ensuring the home meets all regulatory and safeguarding requirements.
