Hours: Full-time with on-call responsibilities

We are recruiting for a Childrens Home Registered Manager to lead and inspire a residential team delivering therapeutic, child-centred care. This role will see you take full responsibility for managing the home, leading staff, and ensuring young people receive safe, nurturing, and high-quality support.

You will play a key role in maintaining strong standards, achieving positive outcomes for children, and ensuring the home meets all regulatory and safeguarding requirements.

• Lead and manage the day-to-day running of a childrens residential home
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and quality standards
• Inspire, motivate, and develop a skilled staff team
• Promote a therapeutic, safe, and nurturing home environment
• Manage performance, staffing, and service delivery
• Build strong relationships with professionals, families, and stakeholders
• Maintain occupancy targets and positive inspection outcomes
• Drive continuous improvement and high-quality care

• Salary: £42,500 £47,500 per annum
• Quarterly performance bonuses (up to £18,000 annually based on occupancy and Ofsted outcomes)

• Minimum 5 years experience in residential childcare
• At least 2 years experience supervising and managing staff
• NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young Peoples Workforce
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England)
• Proven record of achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes
