Salary: £50,000£60,000 per annum Location: Ollerton Job Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week (MondayFriday, 9am5pm) This role is ideal for an established Registered Manager or a strong Deputy Manager ready to take the next step, with full support from an experienced senior leadership team and access to high-quality therapeutic and operational resources.

What Were Looking For Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within a childrens residential setting (EBD/solo placements preferred) Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and Ofsted frameworks NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to complete) A resilient, compassionate leader able to establish a positive culture from the outset A commitment to therapeutic, trauma-informed care and improving outcomes for children
Requirements Right to work in the UK Strong English communication skills for effective safeguarding, record-keeping, and team leadership Enhanced DBS check required
Key Responsibilities Lead the Ofsted registration process and successful xehkeey launch of a new solo childrens home Recruit, develop, and manage a small, dedicated team using a therapeutic and child-centred approach Create a safe, structured, and nurturing environment tailored to the needs of one child Maintain high standards of safeguarding, compliance, and quality in line with Childrens Homes Regulations and Ofsted expectations Build positive relationships with local authorities, external professionals, and families Embed a culture of stability, reflection, and care focused on long-term outcomes
