We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to provide high-quality care and support to children, young people and adults. Duties
Assist children and young people with daily activities, ensuring their safety and wellbeing at all times Implement and follow personalised care plans in collaboration with families, social workers, and other professionals Support children in educational, recreational, and social activities to promote development and independence Provide emotional support and encouragement to foster confidence and resilience Drive children to appointments, activities, or outings as required, ensuring safe transportation Maintain accurate records of support provided, behaviour observations, and progress reports Communicate effectively with colleagues, families, and external agencies to ensure cohesive care delivery Uphold safeguarding policies and procedures at all times, recognising signs of distress or concern
Qualifications
