We’re looking for an experienced clinical leader to join an early-stage biotech company on the cusp of its first-in-human epilepsy programme. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role where you’ll help shape the clinical strategy from day one. What you’ll be doing:
Lead the design and execution of early-phase clinical studies, including first-in-human trials Guide clinical trial strategy, drug delivery approaches, and programme development Provide expertise in neurophysiology to inform study design, biomarker selection, and endpoint decisions Collaborate closely with the executive team and external partners to drive progress in a fast-moving environment Operate in a nimble, early-stage setting where decisions are swift and impact is tangible
Who we’re looking for:
Seasoned clinical leader with early-phase neuroscience experience, ideally in epilepsy or neurology Strong grounding in neurophysiology, capable of translating mechanistic insights into clinical trial strategy Comfortable designing and running early clinical studies, bridging science, medicine, and strategy Excited by the challenge of shaping programmes in a dynamic biotech setting
