We’re partnering with a dynamic, private equity backed media services group with a bold vision. Joining as the group are entering a transformative phase of growth — expanding their geographic footprint, diversifying revenue streams, and exploring strategic acquisitions. Key Responsibilities:

Lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance management Partner with the CEO and PE investors on strategic growth initiatives Drive M&A activity, including due diligence, integration, and valuation Build and lead a high-performing finance function fit for scale Oversee cash flow, working capital, and capital allocation Ensure robust financial controls, compliance, and reporting
