Finatal are working with a £20m revenue, multi-site hospitality business to recruit a CFO to support their ongoing growth and plans for internationalisation before driving them towards exit. The role would suit an experienced CFO or Finance Director, either in a finance number 1 seat or potentially a senior number 2, or Regional/Divisional FD. You will need a very strong understanding of multi-site P&L management, capital expenditure monitoring and controls, commercial and pricing strategy. You will join the Founders of this business as they scale towards an exit to trade or Private Equity in 2-5 years. The Role: Work with the Founder and Investors to set and execute rapid growth strategy Manage P&L for existing and future locations Help identify and open new site locations Manage capex Oversee pricing strategy, experimenting and iterating as necessary Manage bank relationships and debt Requirements: Track record as a CFO or FD in a multi site business Proven ability to shape and direct commercial strategy Ideally a good understanding of the hospitality or consumer sector Qualified accountant - ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent This is an opportunity to join ambitious Founders with supportive investors as they look to scale an already profitable multi-site hospitality business and share in their success.
