We are currently recruiting enthusiastic, experienced and capable chefs, who are keen to test their skills in a prominentfresh food kitchen in an affluent area . Our small team and ambitious food require professional individuals who can; collaborate as part of a team work across all areas of the kitchen be ready to pick up new skills take control when needed Working under our Head Chef, and using traditional techniques, you will be producing classic British food combined with international influences. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to express their culinary talent. Our menu is always evolving and our specials board always requires content, someone with ideas and the desire to contribute creativity will always be welcome . There are no limits on anyone who is passionate about cooking. We are an independent pub, restaurant and hotel, with a fantastic reputation for our food and friendly service. We pride ourselves on producing fresh food in-house, using local ingredients and trusted suppliers. We have a fully equipped kitchen with a 5* rating.
