About the Role: As our Chef de Partie, you will be a key player in our kitchen, helping to prepare and present high-quality dishes.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about fresh, local produce and eager to develop their culinary skills.

Key Responsibilities: Food Preparation: Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards.

Menu Development: Contribute ideas for menu design and weekly specials.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Head Chef and the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.

Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety.

Ideal Candidate: Experience: Previous experience as a Chef de Partie is preferred, but we welcome passionate cooks ready to step up.
