About the Role: Join a team of professionals supporting major matchdays, concerts, VIP hospitality lounges, and high-volume event catering at some of the UKs top sports stadiums. This is an ideal role for confident freelance chefs who thrive under pressure and enjoy variety. Responsibilities: Prepare and cook food to spec for VIP boxes, fan zones, banqueting suites, or backstage areas

Work to tight timeframes in a high-volume setting with consistency and quality

Follow food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP) at all times

Collaborate with on-site kitchen teams to ensure smooth service

Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout each shift

Requirements: Minimum 2 years of professional chef experience (CDP level or higher preferred)

Ability to work independently or within a large team

Flexible, punctual, and calm under pressure

Up-to-date Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 3 desirable)

Own chef whites, knives, and safety shoes

Eligibility to work in the UK and willingness to travel within London
