Are you a passionate and creative Head Chef looking for your next challenge? The Spread Eagle, a unique and vibrant pub nestled in Camden, is on the hunt for an experienced leader to take the helm in our kitchen.
The Spread Eagle is renowned for its warm hospitality, buzzing atmosphere, and playful and delicious food. We take pride in delivering our small and large plates inspired by Camden food market and created from British seasonal produce. We encourage autonomy, with all dishes on the menu curated and delivered by the head chef themselves. We are looking for a head chef to join our team and take our offer to a whole new level! 
Hannah, the general manager's food vision is  Traditional pub grub and dishes inspired by the diverse, modern food culture of Camden Town.

A talented and experienced Head Chef with a background in fresh, seasonal cooking.
Strong leadership skills to inspire and manage a dynamic kitchen team.
A passion for creating innovative and classic pub dishes that keep customers coming back.
Excellent stock control, food hygiene, and cost management skills.
Competitive salary up to £45, 000 OTE
