A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based in Hunstanton in Norfolk for a Chef de Partie to work in their modern dining pub and restaurant. The kitchen prepares meals using all fresh produce. You will serve a seasonal menu for lunch and dinner service. The pub can offer an excellent package and staff accommodation.

The Role
Reporting to and supporting the Head Chef
Kitchen Management duties in absence
Work all sections
Using fresh seasonal ingredients to cook to AA rosette levels
The Person
You will already be a Chef in a Restaurant or Pub with AA rosette level kitchen or higher
Able to work unsupervised and be confident communicator
Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
