Key Responsibilities:
Take ownership of a designated section of the kitchen
Prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard
Work with fresh, seasonal produce
Maintain cleanliness and organisation at all times
Support junior team members where required
Ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up
Passionate about simple, quality food and seasonal cooking
Calm, reliable, and team-focused
