At the heart of the property is a vibrant, high-end restaurant concept, featuring multiple live cooking stations where chefs prepare dishes to order, showcasing a diverse range of international cuisine.

As a Chef de Partie, you will bring solid experience, strong attention to detail, and a confident command of classical culinary techniques. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes from scratch in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, supporting both restaurant service and the wider kitchen operation.

This is a busy operation with high cover numbers, so we are looking for a hardworking team player who thrives under pressure. The ideal candidate will have experience running a section or small team and be flexible with working hours and shifts.
